Abstract:
Disclosed is a socket-spigot pipeline interface having a fastening structure, relating to a socket-spigot interface having a fastening structure for connecting a spherical graphite cast iron pipe. The socket-spigot interface comprises a socket (67), a spigot (66), and a sealing member (65) between the socket (67) and spigot (66) for sealing and fastening the pipeline interface. The socket (67) comprises an annular recess (5) defined by the sequential connection between a first annular vertical wall (1), a conical wall (2), a cylindrical inner wall (3) and a second annular vertical wall (4). The sealing member (65) comprises an elastic material ring (69) and a plurality of fastening members (68) embedded therein. The fastening members (68) comprise head portions (51) and a plurality of meshing teeth (54). The fastening members (68) have centers of rotation (55). A portion at which the head portion (51) and the annular recess (5) mutually contact is an arc-shaped support surface (50). A region at which the arc-shaped support surface (50) and the annular recess (5) contact is disposed at a location at which the first annular vertical wall (1) and the conical wall (2) connect. The socket-spigot interface can improve fastening reliability, extend structure service life, decrease pipeline maintenance costs, and enable easy optimization simulation of an interface structure, increasing pipeline transport capability.
