Abstract:
Disclosed is a preparation method for a flexible adhesive-free sodium ion battery Na3V2(PO4)3/C composite electrode. Water is used as a solvent, a thickener is added to regulate the viscosity of a solution; then a vanadium source, a complexing agent, a sodium source, and a phosphoric acid source compound are added to prepare a spinning solution; then a spinning precursor is obtained through an electrostatic spinning process; then the collected spinning precursor is subjected to hot-pressing treatment and pre-oxidizing treatment; and finally sintering is carried out in an inert gas to obtain the Na3V2(PO4)3/C fiber membrane. The obtained fiber has a uniform size, a small diameter and a large specific surface, and can be directly cut into a round-shaped electrode sheet. The round-shaped electrode sheet, when being used in a sodium ion battery, shows a higher charge-discharge specific capacity and a good cyclic stability. The preparation method is simple in process, has easily controllable reaction condition parameters, and is beneficial to large-scale production.
