A soft container capable of remarkably reducing an economic burden on equipment, comprising a tubular member (10) formed of a soft film, a bottom plate member (12) harder than the soft film fitted to the inside of the first end part of the tubular member (10) and fused airtight with each other, and a ring member (11) harder than the soft film fitted to the inside of the second end part of the tubular member (10) and fused airtight with each other, whereby the volume of the container after servicing can be remarkably reduced, easiness of handling of filled body can be improved, inexpensive, highly productive, and small metal molds can be adopted for forming the bottom plate member (12) and the ring member (11), and the bottom plate member and the ring member can be manufactured by the equipment other than that for the tubular member (10).
