Abstract:
Disclosed is a soft ground excavation reinforcement apparatus for an improved TBM rock tunnel, the apparatus comprising: an excavation body (100) comprising a rotating cutter head (110) for drilling and excavating rock by means of rotation, and a forward movement part (120) for moving the rotating cutter head (110) forward; a gripper body (200) provided on an outer surface of the forward movement part (120) of the excavation body (100), and closely attaching to an excavated rock surface so as to support the excavation body (100) when the excavation body (100) moves forward; a reinforcement body (300) interposed between the rotating cutter head (110) of the excavation body (100) and the gripper body (200) so as to reinforce a fault fracture zone when drilling and excavating rock; and a segment (400) constructed on the fault fracture zone by means of the reinforcement body (300). The reinforcement body (300) comprises: a reinforcement body housing part (310) surrounding an outer surface of the forward movement part (120) of the excavation body (100), and comprising a bearing part (311); a reinforcement body rotation part (320) positioned on the circumferential portion of the reinforcement body housing part (310) by being connected with the reinforcement body housing part (310) by means of a support frame part (321), and having an interlocking gear (322) formed along the inner circumferential surface thereof; a reinforcement body rotation motor (330) comprising a drive gear (331) engaged with the interlocking gear (322) of the reinforcement body rotation part (320); a first cylinder part (340 (351)) and a second cylinder part (350) connected with the reinforcement body rotation part (320) by means of reinforcement body brackets (341, 351); a first link part (360) having one side thereof connected with the first cylinder part (340 (351)), and a second link part (370) having one side thereof connected with the second cylinder part (350); and a segment erector (380) having the other side of the first link part (360) and the other side of the second cylinder part (350) connected thereto, and comprising a connecting protrusion part (381) connected with the segment (400).
