Title:
SOFT MAGNETIC ALLOY POWDER AND GREEN COMPACT THEREOF, AND MANUFACTURING METHODS THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/102229
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are: a soft magnetic alloy powder which has great saturation magnetization and high affinity for a resin and from which a dust core having high magnetic permeability and high saturation magnetic flux density can be manufactured; a green compact thereof; and manufacturing methods therefor. This soft magnetic alloy powder, containing, in terms of mass concentration, 40.0-50.0% of Ni and 10-10,000 ppm of Cl, with the remainder consisting of Fe and inevitable impurities, is characterized by having an average particle diameter of 0.10-2.00 μm and an average crystallite diameter of at least 0.5 times the average particle diameter. Moreover, the concentration of Ni, at an arbitrary point in a particle in the range from a core of the particle to a position which is 0.9 times the radius of the particle, is preferably 0.7-1.3 times the average Ni content of the whole particle. Consequently, the soft magnetic alloy powder has great saturation magnetization and high affinity for a resin, and facilitates the manufacture of a dust core having high magnetic permeability and high saturation magnetic flux density.
