Abstract:
A soft magnetic film (1) is provided with a base film (3) having a bent shapes wherein
a plurality of recessed and protruding portions are repeatedly arranged, and
soft magnetic thin films (2) formed at least on top surfaces of the protruding
portions (4) and bottom surfaces of the recessed sections (5) of the base film
(3). The soft magnetic thin film (2) is provided with a portion wherein the product
of a magnetic permeability (μ’) and a film thickness (T) is discontinuous.
The soft magnetic film (1) is used as an electromagnetic wave countermeasure
part.
