Abstract:
A soft magnetic material which comprises multiple magnetic particles, a binder (20), and a lubricant (30), wherein the binder (20) binds the multiple magnetic particles, while the lubricant (30) is contained in an assembly of the bound magnetic particles and has a melting point of 100°C or lower; and a process for the production of soft magnetic material which includes a step of mixing a binder (20) with a lubricant (30) containing a fatty acid monoamide to prepare an additive, and a step of binding multiple magnetic particles by means of the additive.
