Abstract:
The present invention relates to a soft multistage damper device characterized by comprising: a fixed housing (10) comprising a fixed housing body (11) having a main guide hole (12) formed therein to be open forward, a stepped portion (13) formed on the inner peripheral surface of the main guide hole (12), and a fixed end (14) coupled to the rear side of the fixed housing body (11) so as to close the main guide hole (12); a movable housing (20) comprising a movable housing body (21) which is fitted into the main guide hole (12) so as to move forward or backward, and which has a sub guide hole (22) formed therein, and a stepped cap (23) coupled to the rear side of the movable housing body (21) so as to selectively engage with the stepped portion (13); a rod (40) which is supported on the fixed end (14), and which passes through a through-hole (23a) of the stepped cap (23) and moves into the sub guide hole (22); a damper pin (50) connected to an end portion of the rod (40) and contained in the sub guide hole (22), the damper pin (50) comprising a pin head (51) having a head channel (51a) formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof such that oil flows through the same and a damper shaft (52) extending forward from the pin head (51); a first damper ring (60) that is fitted to the damper shaft (52) and moves accordingly, a channel being formed between the damper shaft (52) and the first damper ring (60) such that oil flows along the same; a second damper ring (70) that is fitted to the damper shaft (52) between the first damper ring (60) and the pin head (51) and moves accordingly, a channel being formed between the damper shaft (52) and the second damper ring (70) such that oil moves along the same, and the second damper ring (70) selectively blocking the head channel (51a) when forced against the pin head (51); a piston (80) fitted to the rod (40) between the damper pin (50) and the stepped cap (23) so as to move on the rod (40) and to prevent oil that fills the sub guide hole (22) from being discharged to the outside; a first spring (90) installed between the first damper ring (60) and the second damper ring (70); a second spring (100) installed in the sub guide hole (22) in front of the second damper ring (60); and a third spring (110) installed between the piston (80) and the stepped cap (23).
