Abstract:
A soft plastic keyboard having hard panels (20) with convex switches, comprising: a printed circuit film (40) and a keyboard base plate (50) providing support underneath the printed circuit film (40), and further comprising a single-piece soft plastic keycap (10) and several hard panels (20). The single-piece soft plastic keycap (10) comprises several key units. The key unit is formed by means of connecting a soft plastic key surface (11), a soft plastic supporting body (12) and a soft plastic key seat (13). Each key unit corresponds to one hard panel (20). A convex switch body (21) is integrally molded with the hard panel, and is formed downward from the center of the hard panel (20). The hard panel (20) is formed on the bottom surface of the soft plastic key surface (11) by means of adhesive bonding or integral injection molding. The convex switch body (21) at the center of the hard panel (20) corresponds to the circuit switch point of the printed circuit film (40). By using the described structure, the soft plastic keyboard has the characteristics of simple processing, low cost, simple assembly, and good press stability.
