Abstract:
A soft start circuit, and a power board and a service single board having the circuit. The soft start circuit comprises: a soft start MOS transistor (100), a soft start driving control transistor (200) and a power supply circuit (300). The power supply circuit (300) is configured to power the soft start driving control transistor (200) and determine a delay period between turning off and turning on the transistor (200). Upon power-on at a power input end, the power supply circuit (300) is configured to power the transistor (200), and to turn on the transistor (200) after the delay period, and the soft start MOS transistor (100) is activated when the transistor (200) is turned on. Upon power-off at the power input end, the power supply circuit (300) is configured to stop powering the transistor (200) and to turn off the transistor (200), so as to deactivate the soft start MOS transistor (100).
