Abstract:
A soft type rice polishing roller mainly comprises a polishing roller cylinder body (1) and ventilating and water-spraying slots (2). The polishing roller is characterized in that polishing convex bodies (3) are distributed on the polishing roller cylinder body (1) in a certain mode, the polishing convex bodies (3) each has a shape of a quarter-sphere, and the polishing convex bodies (3) are welded on the polishing roller cylinder body (1) and are in punctiform arrangement and distribution. The sphere surfaces of the polishing convex bodies (3) face a direction identical to the rolling direction of the polishing roller cylinder body (1). The ventilating and water-spraying slots (2) are formed at back sides of the polishing convex bodies (3). The polishing roller has the advantages that the polishing effect is good, and the phenomenon of rice pulverization is effectively reduced.
