Abstract:

Provided are a software upgrade method, device and system. The probability of security risks during the software upgrade process can be reduced and user experience can be improved. In the above method, a vehicle-mounted terminal apparatus (20) acquires the upgrade request information of the software package, the upgrade request information indicates a first state and/or a second state (S501); acquiring the vehicle state (S502); determining whether the vehicle state is associated with the first state or associated with the second state (S503); if the vehicle state is associated with the first state, starting the upgrade of the software package (S504a), if the vehicle state is associated with the second state, determining not to start the upgrade of the software package (S504b).
