Abstract:
The present invention provides a soil conditioner, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The soil conditioner comprises peat soil, the content of organic matter in the peat soil being ≥ 50 wt% and the average particle size of the peat soil being 0.5 to 15 μm. The use of micron scale or finer particle size peat soil releases and unleashes the activity of the various macromolecular functional groups in the organic matter originally in the peat soil, thereby rapidly producing beneficial effects to the granular structure, substance migration and moisture retention of the soil, and also allows rapid replenishment of trace elements, favoring growth of soil microorganisms and the utility of soil organic matter. Further, the soil conditioner of the present invention breaks down quickly upon entry into the soil and offers a complete set of nutrients, strong chelating ability, low dosage and potent efficacy. With no secondary pollution generated during use, a high resource utilization rate, significant effect, and rapid results for soil remediation, the invention has very important implications for the soil ecology restoration efforts currently being undertaken in China.
