Abstract:
Provided are: a soil conditioner for subsoil; and/or a subsoiling machine for simultaneously carrying out liquid fertilizer (liquid chemical) supply and subsoil breaking. A compression air tank (120) and a liquid chemical tank (130) are integrally connected to the piston rod (164) of a hydraulic cylinder (160), which is inversely hung on the top surface of a housing (110), through a power transmission member (182). A penetrating and breaking rod (140) has a dual pipe structure, in which an inner pipe (142) is directly connected to the compression air tank (120) and an outer pipe (144) accommodates the inner pipe therein and has a drill, which is provided at the end thereof, for digging in the ground. The outer pipe is coupled to a motor (164), which is connected to a power transmission member, and two bevel gears (154, 153) so as to rotate. If the piston rod (164) is vertically lowered as low as a piston stroke by oil pressure, the vertical lowering force vertically lowers, simultaneously, the inner pipe through the power transmission member and the compression air tank, the outer pipe through the power transmission member, the motor and the two bevel gears. At the same time, the rotation force of the motor rotates the outer pipe through the two bevel gears. The outer pipe is vertically lowered while rotating so as to dig into the ground. In this state, compressed air and a liquid chemical pass through the inner pipe and are simultaneously jetted in the radial direction in a 360-degree full range through the plurality of openings (146) provided at the lower end of the penetrating and breaking rod. Therefore, a subsoil plow pan is finely broken and the liquid chemical is supplied to the broken soil.
