The present application relates to the technical field of soilless culture planting, and provides a soilless cultured crop transfer system and method, which are designed for solving the problems of transfer apparatuses used in existing soilless culture modes occupying a large area and having low transfer efficiency. The transfer system comprises a planting frame, a nutrient solution storage device, a flexible rolled film and a rolled film transfer device, wherein the nutrient solution storage device and the planting frame are arranged in a relatively fixed manner; the flexible rolled film is provided with several field-planting holes, and the field-planting holes are configured to perform field planting on soilless cultured crops; the nutrient solution storage device is located below the flexible rolled film, and is provided with a top opening; and the rolled film transfer device is mounted on the planting frame, can be in transmission connection with the flexible rolled film, and is configured to drive the flexible rolled film to unwind in a first horizontal direction and to wind in a second horizontal direction, the second horizontal direction being opposite the first horizontal direction. The present application can effectively reduce the occupied area of transfer apparatuses for soilless cultured crops, and can improve the transfer efficiency.
