Abstract:
A solar cell element (10) according to the present invention is provided with a semiconductor substrate (1), a passivation film (5) and an electrode (6). The passivation film (5) is positioned on the semiconductor substrate (1). The electrode (6) comprises main body parts (61a, 62a) and a plurality of connection parts (61b, 62b). The main body parts (61a, 62a) are positioned on the passivation film (5). Each one of the plurality of connection parts (61b, 62b) is positioned so as to connect the main body parts (61a, 62a) and the semiconductor substrate (1) to each other. The main body parts (61a, 62a) contain a metal and a first glass component. Each one of the plurality of connection parts (61b, 62b) contains a metal, the first glass component and a second glass component that is composed of materials which are different from those of the first glass component.
