Abstract:
The present invention relates to a solar cell comprising: a crystalline silicon substrate; a first conductive area positioned on a first surface of the substrate and belonging to a conductive type identical to that of the substrate; a second conductive area positioned on a second surface of the substrate and belonging to a conductive type opposite to that of the substrate; a first transparent electrode electrically connected to the first conductive area; and a second transparent electrode electrically connected to the second conductive area, wherein a corner area of a transparent electrode on the side of a light receiving surface, among the first transparent electrode or the second transparent electrode, includes an exposure part formed by exposing a part of the first conductive area or the second conductive area. The present invention can obtain an effect of greatly improving the reliability of a solar cell and module.
