Title:
SOLAR CELL MODULE, MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SOLAR CELL MODULE, AND REEL-WOUND BODY WITH TAB WIRE WOUND THEREAROUND
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2012/128366
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention improves connection reliability when using a conductive adhesive to connect a tab wire and an electrode of a solar cell. The invention is provided with: a plurality of solar cells (2); and tab wires (3) that are connected via a conductive adhesive (17) including spherical conductive particles (23) to electrodes (11, 13) that are respectively formed on the front surfaces of the solar cells (2) and the back surfaces of adjacent solar cells (2) to connect pairs of solar cells (2). One surface of each tab wire (3) in contact with the conductive adhesive (17) has a rough section (18) formed thereon, wherein an average height (H) of the rough section (18) and an average particle diameter (D) of the conductive particles satisfy D≥H.
