A solar cell module (10) and a manufacturing method therefor, and an electric apparatus. The solar cell module (10) comprises a substrate (11), a cover plate (12), a solar cell device (13), an encapsulation layer (14) and a protective layer (15). The cover plate (12) and the substrate (11) are arranged opposite to each other. The solar cell device (13) is disposed between the substrate (11) and the cover plate (12); and the solar cell device (13) comprises a photoelectric conversion layer (133), wherein the photoelectric conversion layer (133) comprises an organic-inorganic perovskite compound as shown in general formula ABX3, where A is an organic cation, B is a metal cation, and X is halogen. The encapsulation layer (14) is disposed between the substrate (11) and the cover plate (12), and is used for encapsulating the solar cell device (13). The protective layer (15) is disposed between the encapsulation layer (14) and the solar cell device (13); and the protective layer (15) comprises a metal halide and/or an organic halide. The solar cell module (10) can prolong the service life of a solar cell device.
