Abstract:
Disclosed is a solar cell module support structure which supports a plurality of solar cell modules (2) by arranging the same in a matrix direction. This solar cell module support structure is provided with matrix connecting fittings (4) in each of which there are formed two engagement sections (4d) that face in two outward directions opposite to each other. Matrix connecting fittings (4) are disposed between two rows of four solar cell modules (2) in a two-row, two-column matrix. Rim members (8) of two solar cell modules (2) arranged side by side in one of the rows are made to engage with one of the types of engagement sections (4d) of matrix connecting fittings (4). Rim members (8) of two solar cell modules (2) arranged side by side in the other row are made to engage with the other type of engagement sections (4d) of matrix connecting fittings (4). As a consequence, the four solar cell modules (2) are connected by means of the matrix connecting fittings (4).
