Abstract:

Provided is a solar cell module wherein deterioration of module output is suppressed. The solar cell module is formed by arranging a plurality of solar cells between a light incoming surface protecting material (40) and a rear surface protecting material (60), and electrically connecting solar cell electrodes (10, 30) by using a wiring material (70). The electrodes (10, 30) include a bus bar electrode formed of a resin type conductive paste. The solar cell module is provided with an adhesive layer composed of a resin (90) between the bus bar electrode and the wiring material (70). A residual stress of the resin (90) of the adhesive layer is set smaller than that of the resin contained in the bus bar electrode.
