Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a solar cell module having excellent long-term reliability. [Solution] A solar cell module is provided with a plurality of solar cell elements (101) having a surface electrode (6) and a wire member (25) electrically connected to the plurality of solar cell elements (101). The surface electrode (6) has a bus bar electrode (11), and a finger electrode (12) having a plurality of linear first finger electrodes (12a) connected to the bus bar (11) and a plurality of second finger electrodes (12b) not connected to the bus bar electrode (11). The surface electrode (6) is provided with a thin wire electrode (13) that is positioned in the lengthwise direction of the bus bar electrode (11) and has first thin wire electrodes (13a) electrically connected to the second finger electrodes (12b) and second thin wire electrodes (13b) intersecting the first thin wire electrodes (13a). The thin wire electrode (13) has a width (W1) smaller than a first dimension (D1) of the bus bar electrode (11) and a second dimension (D2) of the bus bar electrode (11). A wiring member (25) is connected to the intersection member (S) of the first thin wire electrodes (13a) and the second thin wire electrodes (13b) and to the bus bar electrode (11).
