Abstract:

The solar cell module (10) is provided with: a photoreceptor surface-side protective member (14); a back-side protective member (15); solar cell elements (13); and a sealing layer (11) for sealing the solar cell elements (13) between the photoreceptor surface side protective member (14) and the back side protective member (15). The volume resistance between the photoreceptor surface side protective member (14) and the solar cell elements (13), per square centimeter at 85ºC, is from 1×1013 to 1×1017 Ω•cm2, inclusive.
