Abstract:
Provided is a solar cell which is provided with a substrate, a laminated body, and an optical layer. The substrate transmits light. The laminated body is provided on the substrate. The laminated body includes: a first electrode; a photoelectric conversion film containing an organic semiconductor; and a light transmitting second electrode. The optical layer is provided on the substrate. The optical layer has a plurality of lenses. The focal point distance of the lenses is shorter than 0.5 times the distance between the lenses and the laminated body. Consequently, the solar cell and a solar cell module, which have high photoelectric conversion efficiency, are provided.
