Abstract:
This solar cell module is provided with an n-type crystal silicon-based solar cell element as an electric power generating element, wherein, at least one surface of the n-type crystal silicon-based solar cell element is sealed with a solar cell sealing material containing an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer which satisfies the following requirements a1) to a4). a1) The content ratio of structural units derived from ethylene is 80-90% molar and the content ratio of structural units derived from a C3-20 α-olefin is 10-20% molar. a2) The MFR measured at 190 degrees C under a load of 2.16 kg according to ASTM D1238 is 0.1-50 g/10 minutes. a3) The density as measured according to ASTM D1505 is 0.865-0.884 g/cm3. a4) The Shore A hardness as measured according to ASTM D2240 is 60-85.
