Abstract:
Provided is a solar cell module 100 that is equipped with: one or more cells which are encased by barrier packaging materials 13A, 13B, and which have first and second substrates 3, 7 and a functional layer; and first and second extraction electrodes 11A, 11B which are respectively connected, via electric connections 12A, 12B, to electrodes 2, 6 disposed on the sides of the respective substrates 3, 7, wherein: the electric connections 12A, 12B and the functional layer are disposed so as to be separated from each other in a substrate surface direction; the extraction electrodes 11A, 11B are disposed on an exterior surface of the barrier packaging materials 13A, 13B; and spaces between the barrier packaging materials 13A, 13B and the extraction electrodes 11A, 11B are sealed by extraction electrode sealing parts 15.
