Abstract:
This solar cell module (100) is provided with: a surface substrate (10); a sealing layer (30) which is disposed beneath the surface substrate (10) and seals a photoelectric conversion part (20); a low thermal expansion/contraction layer (40) which is disposed beneath the sealing layer (30); and a rear surface substrate (50) which is disposed beneath the low thermal expansion/contraction layer (40). The solar cell module (100) is further provided with a stress relaxation resin layer (60) which is interposed between the low thermal expansion/contraction layer (40) and the rear surface substrate (50), and the low thermal expansion/contraction layer (40) has a linear expansion/contraction coefficient smaller than that of the rear surface substrate (50), and the stress relaxation resin layer (60) has a tensile elastic modulus lower than those of the low thermal expansion/contraction layer (40) and the rear surface substrate (50).
