Abstract:
The present invention provides: a solar cell which has improved conversion efficiency; a multi-junction solar cell; a solar cell module; and a solar photovoltaic power generation system. A solar cell according to one embodiment of the present invention is composed of: a first electrode; a second electrode; a photoelectric conversion layer which is provided between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a plurality of insulating materials which are arranged on a surface of the first electrode, said surface facing the second electrode. Any two adjacent insulating materials among the plurality of insulating materials are arranged with a space therebetween.
