Abstract:
A solar cell output measurement tool having a current measurement terminal that is formed through the arrangement of a plurality of probe pins and is for measuring a current characteristic of a solar cell, a voltage measurement terminal that is formed through the arrangement of a plurality of probe pins and is for measuring a voltage characteristic of a solar cell, and a holder for holding the current measurement terminal and voltage measurement terminal in parallel, wherein on each of the plurality of probe pins of the current measurement terminal and voltage measurement terminal, the surface of a contact part that comes into contact with a finger electrode of the solar cell has a plurality of grooves.
