Abstract:
Provided is a solar cell panel inspection device capable of accurately and easily identify the location of a fault on a solar cell panel even when the solar cell panel is in a non-power-generating state. This solar cell panel inspection device 100 is for inspecting a solar cell panel M in a non-current-carrying state and comprises: an alternating-current wave input unit 10 for inputting an alternating-current wave A having a variable frequency into the solar cell panel M to be inspected; an inspection part 20 for forming a capacitor 30 between the solar cell panel M and an electrode plate 21 by bringing the electrode plate 21 into contact with, or close to, a surface of the solar cell panel M; an inductor 40 disposed so as to connect to the capacitor 30; and a voltage output part 50 for outputting a voltage between both ends of the inductor 40, wherein the alternating-current wave input unit 10 inputs into the solar cell panel M an alternating-current wave A the frequency of which changes within a frequency band including a resonance frequency at which the capacitor 30 and the inductor 40 resonate with each other.
