Abstract:
Disclosed in the invention are a solar cell and a photovoltaic module, relating to the technical field of solar cells. The material of a hole transport layer comprises nickel nitride, which has a relatively stable work function and electrical resistivity, so as to ensure that the hole transport layer has relatively high hole transport capacity, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell is improved. The solar cell comprises a light absorption layer, an electron transport layer and the hole transport layer. The electron transport layer is formed in the light absorption layer or formed on the light absorption layer. The hole transport layer is formed on the light absorption layer. The material of the hole transport layer comprises nickel nitride. The solar cell is applied to the photovoltaic module.
