Abstract:
The present application discloses a solar cell, comprising a silicon base layer and an electrically conductive medium layer, stacked in sequence. On a side surface of the electrically conductive medium layer distant from the silicon base layer, multiple metal barrier layers, metal seed layers, and electroplated metal layers shaped as grid lines are sequentially stacked. The present application also provides a preparation method for a solar cell. The solar cell and the preparation method therefor of the present application avoid the use of an organic mask, so as to reduce the treatment cost of organic contaminated wastewater. Furthermore, in the solar cell of the present application, by means of the unique design of a seed layer, the outer surface of the grid-shaped electroplated metal layer can be covered by a protective layer, thereby completely protecting the electroplated metal layer and preventing the diffusion of the electroplated metal layer into the silicon base layer, preventing the formation of excessive defects inside the solar cell.
