Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a solar cell and a production method for a solar cell and aims to: directly solder a ribbon (5) on to a finger electrode (3) on the surface of a silicon substrate (1), reduce the resistance component thereof, reduce electron leakage, and directly solder the ribbon (5) on to a nitride film (2) and firmly fix same. The present invention is configured so as to: solder an extraction line (5), by using solder, across a section having the finger electrode (3) therein and an insulating film (2) section not having the finger electrode (3) therein, at a constant width b in a direction orthogonal to the finger electrode (3) which extracts electrons from a region formed upon the insulating film (2); extract electrons from the finger electrode (3) to outside by using the extraction line (5); and fix the extraction line (5) to the substrate (1).
