Abstract:
Disclosed is a solar cell substrate that can produce a flexible solar cell at a low cost. Further disclosed is a method for producing same. The solar cell substrate has a film shape having a fine irregular structure on the surface, and is characterized by being formed from a synthetic resin and by the aforementioned fine irregular structure having an average distance (S) between local peaks of the roughness curve thereof of 0.3-3 µm.
