Abstract:
Provided is a solar cell, wherein a TAB wire can be connected with sufficient strength, and which can be suppressed in increase of the production cost. In a solar cell (100), a plurality of finger electrodes (3) are arranged on a light receiving surface (21), and a TAB wire (4) is connected to the finger electrodes (3) through a conductive adhesive film (5). The film thickness (D) of the conductive adhesive film (5) before connection is not less than the height (H) of the finger electrodes (3) from the light receiving surface (21) but not more than twice the height (H).
