Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a solar cell having excellent high-temperature high-humidity durability. The present invention is a solar cell having a cathode, an anode, and a photoelectric conversion layer disposed between the cathode and the anode, wherein: the photoelectric conversion layer contains an organic-inorganic perovskite compound expressed by the general formula R-M-X3 (where R is an organic molecule, M is a metal atom, and X is a halogen atom or a chalcogen atom); a resin layer is disposed on either the cathode or the anode; an inorganic layer is disposed on the resin layer; the glass transition temperature of the resin layer is 70-200°C; and the linear expansion coefficient is 9.0×10–6K–1 to 1.5×10–4K–1.
