Abstract:
A solar combined drying system and an operation method therefor. The drying system comprises: a photovoltaic power generation unit, which consists of a photovoltaic panel (11), a photovoltaic controller (12), a storage battery (13) and an inverter (14); a drying unit, which dries a material inside a drying chamber (23) by using solar heat; a heat collection unit, which comprises a heat collection manifold (31) and several vacuum heat collection pipes (32), wherein the vacuum heat collection pipes (32) heat a gas introduced into the pipes and then deliver same to the drying unit; a control unit, which comprises a main controller (41), an energy consumption monitor (42), a temperature and humidity monitor (43), an irradiation sensor (75) and a position sensor (74) and is used for controlling the solar combined drying system; and an energy storage unit, which comprises an energy storage chamber (51), a heat collector (52) and an axial flow fan (53) and is used for collecting and storing solar heat, so as to supply heat to the drying unit. The solar combined drying system realizes an all-weather operation of solar combined drying, and can automatically switch between different drying modes for different weathers and different light intensities, thereby realizing an unattended and all-weather operation.
