Abstract:
A solar condenser mirror surface measurement and adjustment method, comprising measuring an installation location of a mirror surface piece (1) using photogrammetry, measuring the type of the surface of a small disc-type mirror board using a three-dimensional scanner (3), and performing simulation evaluation on the light condensing effect of the whole light condensing system. By means of photogrammetry, the three-dimensional coordinate of an identification point (2) pasted onto the mirror surface piece (1) is obtained. An installation error of the mirror surface piece (1) is calculated using a three-dimensional rigid body motion algorithm, and the mirror surface piece (1) is adjusted accordingly. The type of the surface of the mirror surface piece (1) is measured using the three-dimensional scanner (3), and when comparing with a theoretical design, the slope error of the actual mirror surface is calculated. In combination with a measurement result of the installation error and the slope error of the mirror surface piece (1), simulation evaluation is performed on the light condensing effect of the whole light condensing system. Moreover, the mirror surface can be measured again, so as to further reduce installation errors and improve the light condensing effect. Also disclosed is a solar condenser mirror surface measurement and adjustment device.
