Abstract:

[Problem] To provide a solar panel device that can be easily attached to an existing fluorescent light or LED light to configure a power generation light. [Solution] The present invention is provided with: a solar panel (11) that forms an arced band shape in cross section having an arc length in the range of 1/5-1/2 inclusive of the cross-sectional outer circumference of a lamp tube (14) in the direction of lateral width, and that receives light from the back surface of the lamp tube, generating electromotive force; an electrification wire (12) that extracts the electromotive force of the solar panel; and a tubular base (13) that forms a tube, has the solar panel pasted to the inner or outer surface of the tube in the lengthwise direction, covers the lamp tube by being inserted around the lamp tube, and holds the solar panel in a manner so that the light-receiving surface of the solar panel contacts the surface of the lamp tube or so that there is a gap of no greater than 10 mm from the surface of the lamp tube.
