Abstract:
In the present invention a first crank mechanism is arranged at one end of a solar panel (11) in the direction of a rotational axis (S), and, in accordance with the swinging of the solar panel (11), transmits the force of the swinging, or swings the solar panel (11) in accordance with an input of swinging force, with the rotational axis (S) as the center of rotation. A second crank mechanism is arranged at the other end of the solar panel (11) in the direction of the rotational axis (S), and, in accordance with the swinging of the solar panel (11), transmits the force of the swinging to a first crank mechanism provided on the other end on an adjacent solar panel.
