Abstract:
The present invention achieves, stably for a long period of time regardless of areas, a three-dimensional network with which, in fifth-generation mobile communication, for example: propagation delay of wireless communication between terminal devices including devices for IoT is low; simultaneous connection among a large number of terminals over a wide range is possible; high-speed communication is possible; and a system capacity per unit area is large. A wireless relay station for relaying wireless communication with a terminal device is provided to a floating body that is controlled so as to be located in a floating airspace at an altitude of not more than 100 km, by either autonomous control or control from the exterior, so as to form a three-dimensional cell in a predetermined cell formation target airspace over land or sea. The floating body is provided with wings to which solar photovoltaic panels are provided, and a propeller that can be driven to rotate by a rotational drive source. The wings include a main wing section for mainly producing buoyancy, and an auxiliary wing section to which the solar photovoltaic panels are provided apart from the main wing section so as to supplement the solar power generation at the main wing section.
