Abstract:
In the present invention, a solar simulator is provided with the following: a xenon arc lamp unit with an integrated reflective mirror in which the positional relationship between a light emission section and the reflective mirror is fixed, and which emits concentrated light; a light guide element that is configured so that the concentrated light emitted from the xenon arc lamp unit with an integrated reflective mirror is incident on one end surface of the light guide element in the axial direction and so that the incident light advances in the axial direction by being repeatedly reflected within the light guide element; and a lens unit in which the light emitted from the other end surface in the axial direction of the light guide element is incident on the lens unit and that uniformly emits the concentrated light to an emission surface of the lens unit.
