Abstract:
A visual recognizing device exhibiting excellent productivity and capable of fixing a light emitting device easily to any article when it is fixed to an article of different form by minimizing the number of dedicated components wherever possible. The light emitting device has an annular body (6) where solar power generating sections (7a) are secured to a circular substrate at the upper part thereof and LED light-emitting sections (7b) are secured between them. The outputs of the respective cells are connected, and predetermined output voltage and current are obtained. A secondary battery (8) and an electronic circuit section (8a) are provided below the substrate. The electronic circuit (8a) is constituted by connecting the outputs from the solar power generating sections (7a) with the output terminal of the secondary battery (8) through a charging control circuit and further connecting the output terminal of the secondary battery (8) with the light-emitting sections (7b) through a switch circuit. An ON circuit is formed by pulling a switch cord (10) fixed to the action piece of the switch circuit in the electronic circuit (8a) in case of emergency, and the output from the secondary battery (8) is applied to the light-emitting sections (7b), which emits light.
