Abstract:
A solder paste dispensing device comprises a solder paste container (1), a solder paste container holding plate (2), a dispensing device (3), and a driving device (4) providing a pushing force to the solder paste container holding plate (2). The dispensing device (3) comprises a base plate (30), a material guiding tube (31) disposed and fixed on the base plate (30), and a squeezing plate (32) fixed at one end of the material guiding tube (31) facing away from the base plate (30). The dispensing device (3) further comprises a first through hole (33) sequentially passing through the squeezing plate (32), the material guiding tube (31), and the base plate (30). The solder paste container (1) having an opening facing downwards is fixed at the solder paste container holding plate (2), and is driven by the driving device (4) to move the solder paste container holding plate (2) downwards to contact with the squeezing plate (32). After solder paste container holding plate (2) is in contact with the squeezing plate (32), the squeezing plate (32) starts squeezing the solder paste container (1) to push solder paste to pass the first through hold (33) and flow out, thereby completing solder paste dispensing. The embodiment can be employed to reduce a user operation force without adding an additional container, decrease solder paste residues, providing simpler and easier automatic control, simple overall structure, and low costs.
