Abstract:
Provided is a soldering lug (1) used in an ultrasonic dental descaler. The soldering lug (1) comprises a first connection plate (110), a second connection plate (120), a third connection plate (130) and a fourth connection plate (140). Both the first connection plate (110) and the second connection plate (120) are connected to the third connection plate (130). The first connection plate (110) and the second connection plate (120) are located at the same side of the third connection plate (130). An end of the fourth connection plate (140) is connected to the third connection plate (130). The soldering lug (1) is made of cupronickel material. Provided is an ultrasonic dental descaler, comprising a piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic transducer (2) and two soldering lugs (1). Both the two soldering lugs (1) are sheathed at a chip drive electrode on the piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic transducer (2), and are used for extracting the chip drive electrode. Each of the soldering lugs (1) is connected to a connection wire (3), and the connection wire (3) is connected to the soldering lugs (1) by way of resistance soldering. The beneficial effects are: being easy to realize automatic soldering, being capable of making the diameter of a package structure of the piezoelectric ceramic ultrasonic transducer (2) small, and being capable of solving the problem of sparking failure that easily occurs in an injection layer.
