Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sole acupressure and massage shoe and, more specifically, to a sole acupressure and massage shoe wherein the sole of a foot that is lifted up and down during walking pushes acupressure members toward the tips of toes while the acupressure members come in contact with the foot, whereby acupressure and massage effects on the sole over a wide area can be achieved, the circulation of blood can be improved, and fatigue of the foot can be relieved. That is, the present invention comprises: an installation groove formed in the outsole of a shoe; an elastic member installed inside the installation groove and expanding or contracting in the forward and backward direction corresponding to the longitudinal direction of the shoe according to whether a vertical load is applied; a plurality of frames connected to the elastic member on the front and rear sides thereof respectively and formed to match the width of the sole of a foot; a plurality of connecting shafts connected between each of the frames across the frames and spaced a predetermined distance apart from each other; and a plurality of acupressure members disposed on the connecting shafts, wherein, when pressed by the sole of the foot during walking, the acupressure members can stimulate the sole while moving in the longitudinal direction of the shoe.
