Abstract:
A sole (1) with a shock-absorbing insole (2) comprises the sole (1) and the insole (2). A plurality of resilient protruding columns (21) are provided uniformly on the bottom of a heel potion of the insole (2). A plurality of grooves (11) for accommodating the protruding columns (21) are provided on the top of a heel portion of the sole (1) corresponding to the protruding columns (21). The resilient protruding columns (21) arranged orderly can not only support the body’s weight evenly, but also reduce the impact force from the ground to the heel.
