A solenoid (40) is configured by comprising: a coil (41); a first fixed core (43) disposed at one axial end of the coil (41); a second fixed core (44) that is disposed at the other axial end of the coil (41) so as to have a gap with respect to the first fixed core (43); a tubular first movable core (45) that is disposed between the first fixed core (43) and the second fixed core (44) and that is attracted to the first fixed core (43) through energization of the coil (41); a tubular second movable core (46) that is disposed between the second fixed core (44) and the first fixed core (43) at the inner circumference or the outer circumference of first movable core (45), and that is attracted to the second fixed core (44) through energization of the coil (41); a spring (47) that is interposed between the first movable core (45) and the first fixed core (43) and biases the first movable core (45) toward the second fixed core; and a low-friction part (53) that is attached to the first movable core (45) and that slides on the second movable core (46).
