Disclosed is a solenoid permanent magnet engine which obtains driving force through low current consumption and strong magnetic force and supplies the driving force to a necessary part. The solenoid permanent magnet engine is advantageously used to prevent environmental pollution due to exhaust gas, and has high value in use and wide applicability.
