Abstract:
A main valve stem (17) is provided reciprocaingly in the axial direction in a containing hole (16) formed in a valve casing (20) and output ports (24, 25) are interconnected with an air supply port (21) or exhaust ports (22, 23) by being switched by means of the main valve stem (17). A movable core (36) is reciprocated in the axial direction by conducting a coil (33) at a solenoid section (32) fixed to the valve casing (20), and a pilot valve interlocked with the movable core (36) interconnects an output passage communicating with a pneumatic chamber (29) and an air supply passage (39) communicating with the air supply port (21) or an exhaust passage (42) by switching. A filter (52) for blocking inflow of dust is built in the exhaust passage (42).
